What can I say other that Fantastic. Being an chocolate lover myself I have to say that this was not only a great recipe book but very educational as well. I love the way you covered the history of Chocolate and its origins. Simply fascinating.

But I must say that after reading about all those delicious Truffle Recipes I will probably go broke!

	Hi Bev, I just had to write to say a big "THANK YOU!" for creating one of the best recipe collections I have ever drooled over. My favorite way to satisfy my sweet tooth is chocolate truffles, however, they are an infrequent treat due to the expense. Not only that, the small town where I live does not have a lot of candymakers. Your book is the perfect solution for me.
